Winter Pear Liqueur – A Taste That Saves

This special edition pear liqueur is crafted from leftover pears from The Beemstergaard, a beautiful, community-supported farm that works fully biodynamically, without pesticides or chemicals.

Around their fields stand over 900 pear trees, remnants of the days when the land was still an orchard. These trees now provide shade for crops, blossoms for the bees, and every year, a bounty of rich, juicy pears. But as with any abundance, some of these fruits are left behind, too many to pick, too good to waste.

That’s where we step in.
To capture their flavour, and save them from going to waste, we’ve created a one-of-a-kind Winter Pear Liqueur. It’s a blend of ripe, aromatic pears with warm, comforting spices: ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Our spices come directly from small farmers through our friends at The Good Spice, ensuring fair trade and pure, vibrant flavours in every sip.

The result? A liqueur that feels like winter comfort in a glass. Think: a cabin in the snowy woods, a steaming mug on the table, the scent of cinnamon buns in the air. One taste, and you’re home again.
