Who we are
Full Circle was born in 2020 in Amsterdam as part of a study project by Branco & Stijn. The boys were challenged to create a company that could solve a social problem. Branco & Stijn found each other in their common love for gastronomy and a drive for sustainability. Their goal: reduce food waste of bars and restaurants and create something that could go back to the bars, closing the circle.
Why we do it
Nearly 40% of all the food we produce gets wasted. Often because the products are not good enough for the high standards of our society. In other words: food that is too ugly for the supermarket.
We believe all food is beautiful! That’s why we save leftovers from getting wasted and upcycle them in beautiful products. We turn waste into wonder!
