Yuzu is a rare and exclusive citrus fruit that tastes like a mixture of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit, with a unique floral top note.

We capture this unmistakable yuzu character in a more sustainable way by upcycling discarded mandarin, lemon & grapefruit, and blending them with fresh yuzu juice. Delicate notes of jasmine and pine needle complete the profile. The result? A vibrant aperitif liqueur, fresh and aromatic, with a bright burst of yuzu.

This liqueur is full of flavour, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour. Drink it with a cube of ice, or make a refreshing yuzu spritz.
