Super Yuzu Lemonade

Yuzu is a rare and exclusive citrus fruit that tastes like a mixture of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit, with a unique floral top note.

We capture this unmistakable yuzu character in a more sustainable way by upcycling discarded mandarin, lemon & grapefruit, and blending them with fresh yuzu juice. Delicate notes of jasmine and pine needle complete the profile. The result? A refreshing syrup, sour and aromatic, with a bright burst of yuzu.

This syrup is extremely versatile. Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts sparkling water for the perfect yuzu lemonade. Swap out the sparkling water for cold green tea, and you have an amazing yuzu iced-tea.
